Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Breathe by FTECH application ("the App") published by FTECH, MCHJ ("we", "us"), Tashkent, Uzbekistan. By installing or using the App you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. Use through the App Store is also subject to Apple's terms, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the App, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.
2. Medical disclaimer
Breathe is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not replace advice from a qualified health professional.
Breathing exercises are not suitable for everyone. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, or if you have a respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological or psychiatric condition. Stop the session immediately if you feel dizzy, short of breath or unwell, and breathe normally. Never use the App while driving or doing anything else that requires your attention.
You use the App at your own risk and are responsible for your own health decisions.
3. Content
Audio and visuals in the App are licensed to us or created by us; see the content licenses. You may not extract, redistribute or reuse them outside the App.
4. Privacy
The App collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
5. "As is"
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of session timing, or uninterrupted operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update the App and these terms. The current version is always published at this address with its "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
