Shadeburn Racer ("the Game"), published by FTECH, MCHJ, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA).
- Copies from the Mac App Store are licensed under the Standard EULA as published by Apple.
- Copies bought elsewhere, such as on itch.io, are licensed under the same terms, with FTECH, MCHJ as the licensor; the clauses that only concern the App Store or Apple's own obligations do not apply.
The Game's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party content in the Game is listed on the Licenses page; it remains under its own licences.
